Len is a licensed CPA with over 33 years of diversified and practical experience in banking, financial planning, information technology, as an entrepreneurial CFO/Controller in industry, President/CEO of his own public accounting firm/tax practice, and as previous owner of various successful self-employed businesses, including a family owned ranch in Montana.
Executive Professional Profile: Len is experienced in directing the financial/project management, company development, and tax reporting requirements for business enterprises and client base. He is particularly known for turning around companies, implementing and leading strategic business decisions with high-level management, including the CEO.

Finance – Specialized in CFO/controller/ financial analyst and banking positions. Diversity delivered a solid breadth and depth of expertise across critical financial disciplines, a knowledge base to interject financial creativity, vision, and understanding to foster both positive planned growth and bottom line results. These positions provided organizational restructure and restoration (turnaround) opportunities when applicable.
CPA Practice – Privately owned contract CFO/controller and accounting/tax/ consulting practice established to deliver the experience as consultant with business ownership savvy across a multi-industry CPA client base. The practice specialized in small to medium size business and personal tax law reporting, financial reporting/planning/strategy consulting, and accounting software installations/implementation activities.
Consulting Engagements – IT & software installations/implementations/reporting. Specifically: activity based costing, accounting, manufacturing systems, and report creation, customization, and modification. Problem solving in nature, enables the employment of systems/processes tailored to delivering meaningful functional output. Sales – Extensive sales background in financial products/services and computer hardware/software. Demonstrated results: routinely exceeded target goals; mobilized people to cooperate and focus on a committed course of action.
Len is a native of Montana. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Montana, Missoula, MT, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Washington University, Ellensburg, WA. Len is a licensed CPA in 4 states: Colorado, Oregon, Washington and Indiana. His professional career has enabled him to live in different cities and states, as well as other regions of the United States over the past 30 years. Len is married to his wife, Lee, where both are very active in church activities and serving in various local community organizations and ministries. Len and Lee live in Colorado Springs, CO.
