Michelle has been a certified webmaster since 1999 and began her web design business, Bracewell Web Works , in 2000.  Her background includes over 12 years design experience plus over 10 years sales and marketing experience.  

She works with clients nationwide and specializes in helping small businesses and organizations develop a winning web presence.  She believes businesses should OWN their website and works only in Open Source programming and software.

Michelle is active in her community of Colorado Springs and has served on several boards including the Old Colorado City Merchant Association, The Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, Founder of Web Gals Network and currently sits on the advisory board of the Colorado Springs Small Business Development Center.

Since 2003 she has taught the "Planning a Winning Web Site" workshop at the SBDC.
